Undergraduate Research Opportunities Scheme (UROS). Designing and developing an application using the Xbox Kinect’s Depth Camera to detect and track people using OpenCV (Open Computer Vision Library) in C++.
The purpose of this project was to detect people in situations where a normal RGB camera will not be possible such as in low visibility environment.
